Kettlebell swings 1.5 pd / 1.0 pd
Deadlifts 185 lbs / 135 lbs
Box jumps 24" / 20"
Medball squat cleans 20 lbs / 14 lbs
20 squats

Rotate stations after 20 squats are completed.
